掺土铝渣入渗规律研究

【摘要】:本文采用横向比较和纵向比较的方法,通过模拟室内垂直入渗试验,以纯铝渣为参照,分析3种容重(1.1 g/cm3,1.3 g/cm3,1.4 g/cm3),5种质量比例(1:10,1:5,1:3.3,1:2.5,1:2)掺土铝渣的入渗特性,讨论入渗速率,累积入渗量,湿润锋与时间的关系,运用spss19.0从三方面(考斯加可夫经验公式、通用经验公式、幂函数)对实测数据进行回归分析。主要结论: (1)掺土铝渣的入渗速率与容重呈负相关,在平均入渗速率方面,容重为1.1g/cm3,质量比例为1:2的最大,容重为1.4g/cm3的纯铝渣的最小。容重为1:1的纯铝渣达到稳定入渗的时间最短。最大稳定入渗时间是最小稳定入渗时间的2倍。(2)两种模型均有较高的拟合度,只在初始入渗阶段和稳定入渗阶段有所偏差。但总体而言通用经验公式比考斯加可夫经验公式有较好的拟合度。 (3)同一容重条件下,质量比例为1:2的累计入渗量最大,其次是纯铝渣,质量比例为1:3.3的累计入渗量最小。所以掺入一定比例土可以有效减小其入渗强度。3种容重的曲线均有2个转折点。与容重为1.1g/cm3的累积入渗量曲线相比,容重为1.3g/cm3和1.4g/cm3的相对平缓且接近一致。 (4)在入渗过程的任意时刻,都存在湿润锋距离1.1 g/cm31.3 g/cm3 1.4g/cm3;质量比为1:10,容重为1.1g/cm3的湿润锋随时间的变化最大。 (5)容重为1.1g/cm3的湿润锋推进过程之间差别不大,而容重为1.3g/cm3和1.4g/cm3的湿润锋推进过程间差别较大。 (6)对湿润锋运行距离的实测数据进行线性回归分析后发现,R2大于0.950,拟合度较高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of horizontal and longitudinal comparison, by simulating the indoor vertical infiltration test and taking pure aluminum slag as reference, the infiltration characteristics of three kinds of aluminum slag doped with aluminum slag (1.1 g / cm _ 3, 1.3 g / cm _ 3, 1.4 g / cm ~ (3)) are analyzed, and the infiltration characteristics of aluminum slag doped with soil are discussed, and the infiltration rate, cumulative infiltration rate, and cumulative infiltration are discussed. The relationship between wetting front and time is analyzed by spss19.0 regression analysis of measured data from three aspects (Koschakov's empirical formula, general empirical formula and power function). The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the infiltration rate of soil-doped aluminum slag is negatively correlated with bulk density. In terms of the average infiltration rate, the bulk density is 1.1 g / cm ~ 3 and the mass ratio is 1: 2. The minimum of pure aluminum slag with bulk density of 1.4 g / cm3. The time of stable infiltration of pure aluminum slag with bulk density of 1: 1 is the shortest. The maximum stable infiltration time is 2 times of the minimum stable infiltration time. Only in the initial infiltration stage and the stable infiltration stage there is a deviation. But in general, the general empirical formula has a better fitting degree than the Koschakov empirical formula. Under the same bulk weight condition, the accumulative infiltration amount of 1: 2 mass ratio is the largest. Secondly, pure aluminum slag, with a mass ratio of 1: 3.3, has the smallest cumulative infiltration. Therefore, the curves of volume density of 3 species that can effectively reduce the infiltration intensity have two turning points, compared with the cumulative infiltration volume curve of 1.1 g / cm ~ 3 of bulk density. The bulk density of 1.3 g / cm3 and 1.4 g / cm3 is relatively flat and close to the same. The wetting front distance of 1.1 g / cm31.3 g / cm 3 1.4 g / cm 3; the wetting front with a mass ratio of 1: 10 and bulk density of 1.1 g / cm 3 changed most with time. However, there is a great difference in the propulsive process of wetting front with bulk density of 1.3 g / cm3 and 1.4 g / cm3. (6) the linear regression analysis of the measured data of the running distance of wetting front shows that R2 is greater than 0.950 and the fitting degree is higher.
