城镇化进程中的高职涉农专业人才培养研究

【摘要】：目前地方高职院校人才的培养和流向不能够与区域经济社会发展需求紧密对接。高职毕业生所呈现的结构性失业与农村专业技术人才短缺形成了矛盾怪圈,其核心的根源是高职院校人才的培养出现偏差,培养的人才无法找到准确的社会、市场定位。因此,新型城镇化建设背景下高职教育尤其是高职涉农类专业如何以区域农村经济社会发展的现实需求为导向改革完善人才培养路径,有亟待解决的紧迫性和广阔的探索空间。本论文坚持“从实践中来,到实践中去”的方针,以系统工程理论、职业技术教育学、人力资源理论、高等教育社会化等理论为研究基础,经过广泛借鉴分析文献资料,深入调研湘中、湘南、湘西几所高职院校涉农专业人才培养现状,总结提炼高职涉农专业人才培养的实践经验；从政府、教育行政部门、高职院校、学生、企业、农村经济社会的多元化发展态势等多个层面深度阐析当前高职涉农类专业人才培养存在的问题,并提出针对性、适应性和可操作性的创新举措。主要的创新路径包括：明晰高职涉农专业的人才培养目标；深化教育教学改革,强化实践技能培养；加强师资队伍建设；优化专业设置和课程体系；加强实验实训基地建设；加强多元型教学质量监控与评价体系建设；优化高职涉农专业人才培养的运行环境。
[Abstract]:At present, the cultivation and direction of talents in local higher vocational colleges cannot be closely connected with the needs of regional economic and social development. The structural unemployment of higher vocational graduates and the shortage of rural professional and technical talents form a contradictory circle. The root of its core is the deviation in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges and the inability of the trained talents to find an accurate social and market orientation. Under the background of the new urbanization construction, how to reform and perfect the talent training path of higher vocational education, especially the specialty concerning agriculture in higher vocational education, is guided by the realistic demand of regional rural economic and social development. This paper insists on the policy of "from practice to practice", with the system engineering theory, vocational and technical education, human resources theory, On the basis of the theory of socialization of higher education, through extensive reference and analysis of literature and materials, the present situation of cultivating agricultural professionals in several higher vocational colleges in central Hunan, southern Hunan and western Hunan has been investigated. Summing up and refining the practical experience of cultivating agricultural professionals in higher vocational education, from the government, educational administrative departments, higher vocational colleges, students, enterprises, The diversified development situation of rural economy and society, and so on, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of agricultural professionals in higher vocational education, and puts forward the pertinence. Innovative measures of adaptability and maneuverability. The main ways of innovation include: clarifying the goal of personnel training for agricultural major in higher vocational education, deepening the reform of education and teaching, strengthening the cultivation of practical skills, strengthening the construction of teaching staff; To optimize the specialty setup and curriculum system; to strengthen the construction of experimental training base; to strengthen the multi-type teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system construction; to optimize the operational environment for the cultivation of agricultural professionals in higher vocational education.
