基于主体的灌溉合作行为形成机制研究

【摘要】:本文将农村社区模拟为以农户为节点、以农户之间各种社会关系为连边的社会网络,应用计算机仿真考察在灌溉资源管理中影响农户个体达成集体自组织治理的因素。研究发现:无标度网络下合作扩散的广度具有较小不确定性,但扩散速度比随机网络的不确定性更大。对资源依赖性越大,政策补助比例越高,平均合作人数越多,合作广度的不确定性越低,但合作扩散速度差异较大。对无标度网络,先行者类型和资源依赖性不同,占用者的支付意愿均值与稳定性随着政策支持比例的变化有差异。占用者间的社会学习和政策支持在推动合作扩散时,初始已采纳者的数量并不是决定合作扩散成功与否的关键因素。初始采纳者比例与合作扩散之间的关系取决于特定的网络类型和先行者类型,这对制定合作推广策略具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rural community is simulated as a social network with farmers as the node and social relations between farmers as the connected edge. Computer simulation is used to investigate the factors that affect farmers' collective self-organization governance in irrigation resource management. It is found that the breadth of cooperative diffusion in scale-free networks is less uncertain. The greater the dependence on resources, the higher the proportion of policy subsidies, the more the average number of collaborators, the lower the uncertainty of cooperation breadth, but the greater the speed of cooperation diffusion. The types of pioneers and resource dependence are different, and the mean value and stability of occupiers' willingness to pay vary with the change of policy support ratio. Social learning and policy support among occupiers promote the diffusion of cooperation. The number of initial adopters is not the key factor to determine the success of cooperative diffusion. The relationship between the proportion of initial adopters and cooperative diffusion depends on the specific network type and pioneer type. This has certain guiding significance to the formulation of cooperative promotion strategy.
