【摘要】：正永久基本农田划定是保护耕地、保护基本农田,保障粮食安全、藏粮于地的重要举措。笔者以河南省焦作市国土资源管理部门的具体实践为例,探讨县域城市周边永久基本农田划定工作的开展和落实,并针对相关问题提出对策建议。已有基本农田划定及各县情况分析永久基本农田划定过程中,焦作市结合各县
[Abstract]:The delineation of permanent basic farmland is an important measure to protect cultivated land, protect basic farmland, safeguard food security and store grain in the land. The author takes the concrete practice of the land and resources management department of Jiaozuo City in Henan Province as an example. This paper probes into the development and implementation of the delineation of permanent basic farmland around county cities, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the related problems. In the process of delineating permanent basic farmland in the existing basic farmland delineation and county situation analysis, Jiaozuo City combines with each county in the process of delineating permanent basic farmland.
