迁西县农田生态系统服务价值核算研究

【摘要】:农田生态系统对人类的生存和发展具有不可替代的作用,为人类提供各种农产品的同时,提供着大量的生态服务。量化农田生态系统服务价值,有助于我们深入了解农田生态服务,提高保护农田生态系统良性运作的意识,指导农户进行合理的农田生产和管理。本文以迁西县农田生态系统为研究对象,以生态系统服务理论、农地价值理论、可持续发展理论、意愿价值理论和灰色系统理论为理论基础,采用价值评估方法,借助统计和实地调研等辅助手段,综合估算迁西县农田生态系统服务使用价值和非使用价值;从机制运作、生产投入、生产管理和实施保障四个方面,对迁西县农田生态系统良性运作模式进行讨论,针对研究区实际情况,提出相应措施。农产品生产服务、固碳制氧服务、涵养水源服务和保持土壤肥力服务是迁西县农田生态系统的主导服务。2013年迁西县农田生态系统服务总使用价值约为29.48×108元,单位面积服务价值为42839.02元/hm2。作物在保障粮食安全和农民基本生活方面作出了巨大贡献,而干果的经济价值占总的农产品价值的60.61%。养分流失及温室气体排放,给生态系统带来了巨大的负价值。而迁西县积极发展观光旅游农业,兴办各种采摘园,为农田生态系统的景观服务价值增加作了贡献,2013年单位面积非使用价值达到5800元/hm2。根据灰色关联分析并运用主成分分析验证,得出耕地面积、农业人口、农用化肥施用量等因素对迁西县农田生态系统服务价值变化具有显著影响。基于迁西县地形、气候、农田土壤条件及当地的社会经济现状,从发展观光旅游、提高农田生态系统景观价值的角度出发,迁西县应从机制运作、生产投入、管理和实施保障四个层面建立农业生态补偿机制,调整产业结构,提高农业科技水平,为发展生态农业、休闲观光农业建立专项资金、健全农田环境政策法规。
[Abstract]:Farmland ecosystem plays an irreplaceable role in the survival and development of human beings. It provides a large number of ecological services while providing all kinds of agricultural products to human beings, and quantifies the value of farmland ecosystem services. It is helpful for us to deeply understand farmland ecological services, improve the consciousness of protecting farmland ecosystem and guide farmers to carry out rational farmland production and management. This paper takes the farmland ecosystem of Qianxi County as the research object. On the basis of ecosystem service theory, farmland value theory, sustainable development theory, willing value theory and grey system theory, the method of value evaluation is adopted, and auxiliary means such as statistics and field investigation are used. This paper comprehensively estimates the use value and non-use value of farmland ecosystem service in Qianxi County, discusses the benign operation mode of farmland ecosystem in Qianxi County from four aspects: mechanism operation, production input, production management and implementation guarantee. In view of the actual situation in the research area, the corresponding measures are put forward. The agricultural products production service, the carbon sequestration oxygen production service, Water conservation service and soil fertility service are the dominant services of farmland ecosystem in Qianxi County. In 2013, the total use value of farmland ecosystem service in Qianxi County was 29.48 脳 108 yuan. The service value per unit area is 42839.02 yuan / hm2.The crops have made great contributions to ensuring food security and farmers' basic livelihood, while the economic value of dried fruits accounts for 60.61of the total value of agricultural products. Nutrients are lost and greenhouse gas emissions are emitted. Qianxi County actively developed tourism agriculture and set up various picking gardens. It contributed to the increase of landscape service value of farmland ecosystem. In 2013, the non-use value of unit area reached 5800 yuan / hm ~ 2.According to grey relation analysis and principal component analysis, the cultivated land area and agricultural population were obtained. Based on the topography, climate, farmland soil conditions and the local social and economic situation, the factors affecting the value of agricultural ecosystem services in Qianxi County are significant. From the point of view of improving the landscape value of farmland ecosystem, Qianxi County should set up the agro-ecological compensation mechanism, adjust the industrial structure and raise the level of agricultural science and technology from four aspects: mechanism operation, production input, management and implementation guarantee. For the development of ecological agriculture, leisure and tourism agriculture to establish special funds, improve agricultural environmental policies and regulations.
