民勤水资源短缺的农户感知:现状、特征与影响

【摘要】：为了对农户水资源管理政策认知进行解释,文中提出水资源短缺的农户感知,对民勤水资源短缺的农户感知特征及区域差异化表现进行描述性统计分析,并运用列联表分析方法对水资源短缺的农户感知与水资源管理政策认知的关系进行研究。结果显示:(1)水资源短缺的农户感知表现出十分短缺、相对短缺、季节性短缺和不短缺四种状态,60%的农户认为水资源不短缺。(2)水资源短缺的农户感知具有显著的区域差异化特征,不同灌区之间分布差异较大。(3)水资源短缺的农户感知对水资源管理政策认知产生影响,二者之间存在显著关联性。水资源与社会经济发展和生态环境保护息息相关,关注农户水资源管理政策认知的内在动因,进行水资源自然供给与经济供给的宣传,自下而上的完善水资源管理政策,对实现水资源优化利用具有重要的实践意义。
[Abstract]:In order to explain the policy cognition of water resources management of farmers, this paper puts forward the perception of water resources shortage, and makes a descriptive statistical analysis on the perception characteristics and regional differences of water resources shortage in Minqin. The relationship between farmers' perception of water resources shortage and water resources management policy cognition is studied by using the method of column table analysis. The results show that the perception of water shortage farmers is very short and relatively short. 60% of the farmers think that there is no shortage of water resources. 2) the perception of the farmers with shortage of water resources has significant regional differences. The perception of water shortage has a significant influence on the policy cognition of water resources management, and there is a significant correlation between them. Water resources are closely related to social and economic development and ecological environment protection. It is of great practical significance to realize the optimal utilization of water resources by paying close attention to the intrinsic motivation of farmers' water resources management policy, propagating the natural and economic supply of water resources, and perfecting the water resources management policies from the bottom up to the top.
