大连市金州区耕地后备资源适宜性评价及开发分区研究

【摘要】:随着近年来金州区社会、经济的快速发展,各项建设大量的占用耕地,导致耕地数量的减少,威胁金州区的粮食安全。此外,金州区一些地方土地的不合理开发利用,导致了环境问题的产生,破坏了当地的生态平衡。金州区作为滨海城市,其生态环境特殊,在辽宁省的战略布局中又处在重要的地位,对金州区进行开发建设,更应该做到发展与环境的保护并举。因此,对金州耕地后备资源进行适宜性评价,并做开发分区研究,有利于金州区耕地资源数量的增加,保障金州区的粮食安全,另一方面,金州区土地资源的定量分析评价,是实际工作的要求,有利于资源的合理利用,对促进金州区经济的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文以大连市金州区为例,结合当地的自然环境和社会经济条件等,构建了适合金州区的耕地后备资源评价指标体系,结合ArcGIS技术,得到金州区耕地后备资源适宜性评价结果。在此基础上,参考金州区土地利用总体规划等方面的资料,对金州区耕地后备资源的开发利用进行分区,并提出相应的开发利用建议。本文在对金州区耕地后备资源进行研究后,主要结论有:(1)本文结合了研究区域影响土地开发为耕地的内部因素和外部因素,选取了合适的指标,基于GIS的空间叠加分析功能得到金州区耕地后备资源适宜程度图层,结合土地利用总体规划、大连市基本农田保护规划图等用地规划,对金州区耕地后备资源开发利用进行分区。(2)金州区高度适宜的耕地后备资源多来源于沿海滩涂用地和其他草地,主要集中于金州区东部的杏树街道、登沙河街道、大李家镇沿海地带;金州区中度适宜的耕地后备资源主要来源于其他草地和裸地,其主要分布在大魏家街道和登沙河街道,在华家屯镇、杏树街道、湾里街道和友谊街道也有部分分布,马桥子街道没有中度适宜耕地后备资源;金州区勉强适宜耕地后备资源主要来源于采矿用地和其他草地,其主要分布于金州区西北方向的七顶山街道和大魏家街道。(3)对金州区耕地后备资源开发时序进行了分区。将金州区东北部杏树街道、登沙河街道和大李家镇三个地区的沿海地区至鹤大高速的地带划为近期重点开发区;将金州区东北部的华家屯镇、杏树街道和登沙河街道的内陆地区划为中期开发区;将七顶山街道、大魏家街道和得胜镇、大李家镇划为远期开发区。(4)阐述了金州区目前耕地后备资源开发利用存在的问题。分析了开发利用过程中水土流失、滩涂利用粗放、农用地非农转化等一些问题,并对今后的耕地后备资源开发利用提出了对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and economy in Jinzhou District in recent years, a large amount of cultivated land is occupied by various construction projects, which leads to the decrease of cultivated land quantity and threatens the food security of Jinzhou District.In addition, the unreasonable development and utilization of some local land in Jinzhou District resulted in environmental problems and destroyed the local ecological balance.As a coastal city, Jinzhou District has a special ecological environment and plays an important role in the strategic layout of Liaoning Province. The development and construction of Jinzhou District should be carried out simultaneously with the protection of the environment.Therefore, to evaluate the suitability of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou, and to do research on development zoning, is beneficial to increase the amount of cultivated land resources in Jinzhou District and ensure the food security of Jinzhou District. On the other hand, the quantitative analysis and evaluation of land resources in Jinzhou District are beneficial to the increase of the amount of cultivated land resources in Jinzhou District.It is the requirement of practical work, is advantageous to the rational utilization of resources, and has important practical significance to promote the sustainable development of economy in Jinzhou district.Taking Jinzhou District of Dalian City as an example, combining with local natural environment and social and economic conditions, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of cultivated land reserve resources suitable for Jinzhou District. Combined with ArcGIS technology, the suitability evaluation results of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou District are obtained.On this basis, with reference to the overall planning of land use in Jinzhou District, the development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou District are divided, and the corresponding suggestions for development and utilization are put forward.After studying the reserve resources of cultivated land in Jinzhou District, the main conclusions are as follows: (1) this paper combines the internal and external factors that influence the land development in the research area, and selects the appropriate indexes.Based on the spatial superposition analysis function of GIS, the suitability level of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou district is obtained. Combined with the overall land use planning, the basic farmland protection planning map of Dalian is used for land planning.Development and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou District. 2) the highly suitable cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou District are mostly derived from coastal beach land and other grasslands, and are mainly concentrated in the Xingshu Street and Dengsha River Street in the east of Jinzhou District.The reserve resources of moderately suitable cultivated land in Jinzhou District mainly come from other grasslands and bare land, which mainly distribute in the streets of Dawei and Dengsha River, in Huajatun Town, and in the streets of Apricot trees.Wan Li Street and Friendship Street are also partially distributed, Ma Qiao Zi Street has no moderately suitable cultivated land reserve resources; Jinzhou District barely suitable arable land reserve resources mainly come from mining land and other grasslands.It is mainly distributed in Qidingshan Street and Dawejia Street, northwest of Jinzhou District, and the time series of cultivated land reserve resources development in Jinzhou District has been divided.The three coastal areas of Jinzhou District, northeast of Jinzhou District, Xingshu Street, Dengsha River Street and Da Li Zhen, from coastal areas to Heda Expressway, will be designated as key development zones in the near future; Huajatun Town, northeast of Jinzhou District, will be designated as a key development zone.The inland area of Xingshu Street and Dengsha River Street is designated as the medium term Development Zone, and the Qidingshan Street, Da Wei Jia Street and Desheng Town are designated as forward Development Zone .4) the problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of cultivated land reserve resources in Jinzhou District are expounded.Some problems such as soil and water loss, extensive use of tidal flat and non-agricultural transformation of agricultural land in the process of development and utilization are analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions for the development and utilization of reserve resources of cultivated land in the future are put forward.
