产脲节杆菌DnL1-1与植物联合对阿特拉津的降解

【摘要】:利用沙-土试管试验评价了产脲节杆菌Dn L1-1分别与小麦及苜蓿协同作用下对阿特拉津的降解。结果表明,菌株接种植物种子后能保护植物免受阿特拉津药害。该菌分别与小麦及苜蓿联合作用,30 d内对施加的阿特拉津的降解率分别达到99.7%~99.8%和70.2%~75.8%。试验结果表明,产脲节杆菌Dn L1-1与植物联合对阿特拉津有较强的降解能力。该菌通过拌种的方式施加到污染土壤中,是一种有前景的方法。
[Abstract]:The degradation of atrazine by Urea-producing Arthrobacter Urealyticum (DnL1-1) in combination with wheat and alfalfa was evaluated by sand soil test in vitro.The results showed that the strain could protect plants from atrazine after inoculation of plant seeds.The degradation rate of atrazine applied by this strain in combination with wheat and alfalfa reached 99.799.8% and 70.2% respectively within 30 days.The results showed that the combination of DnL1-1 and plant could degrade atrazine.It is a promising method to apply it to contaminated soil by seed dressing.
