接种发酵剂对城市污泥强制通风堆肥的效果评价

【摘要】:采用静态强制通风好氧堆肥的方法,评价发酵剂对城市污泥堆肥的效果。以牛粪、回填料、麦秸秆为调理剂,接种SCB发酵剂,在堆肥反应器中模拟堆肥过程,监测堆体的温度、含水率、pH值及种子发芽指数等指标的动态变化,并设置对照堆体;试验堆体添加功能菌群进行二次发酵。试验堆体在堆肥的第4天最高温度达62.5℃,高温期(≥55℃)持续5 d,对照堆体55℃维持4 d;第11天时,试验堆体含水率由58.6%下降到45.3%,下降了22.7%,对照堆体含水率下降了19%;试验堆体和对照堆体的pH值在第5天时分别为8.0和7.8;堆肥第11天时,两者种子发芽指数达到68.7%和60.6%,均没有植物毒性。二次发酵后的堆肥产品的各项指标均符合CJ/T 309—2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质》标准。结果表明,接种发酵剂能加速污泥腐熟化进程,达到无害化和资源化利用目的。
[Abstract]:Static forced ventilation aerobic composting was used to evaluate the effect of starter on municipal sludge composting.The process of composting was simulated in the composting reactor with cow manure, backfill and wheat straw as conditioning agent. The dynamic changes of temperature, moisture content, pH value and seed germination index were monitored in the composting reactor, and the control reactor was set up.The secondary fermentation was carried out by adding functional bacteria to the reactor.The maximum temperature of the test reactor reached 62.5 鈩,
