尕海湿地退化过程中土壤微生物生物量碳、氮的动态变化

【摘要】:【目的】为尕海湿地的生态恢复建设和保护利用提供理论依据.【方法】以甘南尕海则岔自然保护区内的未退化、轻度退化、中度退化及重度退化的湿地为研究对象,采取生态学原理和室外采样与室内研究相联合的方法,研究2014年5~9月尕海湿地退化过程中土壤微生物生物量碳(SMB-C)、氮(SMB-N)的动态变化特性.【结果】2014年5~9月SMB-C的整体趋向为:未退化(685.12 mg/kg)轻度退化(592.60mg/kg)中度退化(509.61mg/kg)重度退化(425.71mg/kg),2014年5~9月SMB-N的整体趋向为:未退化(128.68mg/kg)轻度退化(108.70mg/kg)中度退化(94.00mg/kg)重度退化(77.29mg/kg).0~40cm,轻度、中度、重度退化的湿地SMB-C和SMB-N与未退化湿地之间差异显著(P0.05).2014年5~9月SMB-C和SMB-N总含量表现为:0~10cm10~20cm20~40cm.10~20cm和20~40cm的SMB-C是0~10cm的79.11%和59.47%,10~20cm和20~40cm的SMB-N是0~10cm的77.14%和56.50%.0~10cm、10~20cm和20~40cm,年内月间SMB-N含量差异显著(P0.05).2014年5~9月尕海湿地SMB-C和SMB-N随季节变化规律表现为:7月SMB-C和SMB-N含量最高,下来是6、8月SMB-C和SMB-N含量,最后是5、9月SMB-C和SMB-N含量.【结论】随着退化程度的加剧,SMB-C和SMB-N含量逐渐减少;随土层深度的加深,SMB-C和SMB-N含量逐渐降低;2014年5~9月尕海湿地SMB-C和SMB-N随季节变化呈先升后降的趋势.
[Abstract]:[objective] to provide theoretical basis for ecological restoration, construction, conservation and utilization of Gahai wetland. [methods] the undegraded, moderately degraded, moderately degraded and severely degraded wetlands in Gannan Gahaizocha Nature Reserve were taken as the research objects.Adopting ecological principles and the combination of outdoor sampling and indoor research,The dynamic characteristics of soil microbial biomass (SMB-CU, SMB-N) during the degradation process of Gahai wetland from May to September 2014 were studied. [results] the overall trend of SMB-C from May to September 2014 was 685.12 mg / kg, mild degradation (592.60 mg / kg), moderate degradation (509.61 mg / kg) and severe degradation.425.71 mg / kg, from May to September 2014, the overall trend of SMB-N was: undegraded, 128.68 mg / kg) slightly degraded, 108.70 mg / kg) moderately degraded, 94.00 mg / kg) severe degeneration, 77.29 mg / kg 路0 ~ 40 cm, mild, mild,Moderate,The seasonal variation of SMB-C and SMB-N in Gahai wetland from May to September was as follows: the content of SMB-C and SMB-N was the highest in July.The contents of SMB-C and SMB-N in June and August, and SMB-C and SMB-N in May and September.
