农业科研院所科研经费与科研产出的相关性——以江苏省农业科学院原农业生物技术研究所为例

【摘要】：通过对江苏省农业科学院"十一五"以来科研数据的统计分析,定量评价科研经费投入与科研产出、科研奖励的关系。结果表明,科研经费投入与科研产出成本之间存在高度的正相关,且科研奖励较科研经费投入更能促进科研成果产出,科研奖励与科研成本之间存在显著的负相关性,即科研成本随科研奖励的提高而降低,奖励绩效优于直接的经费投入,对提高科技人员科研活动的效率起到了积极的推动作用;同时,对如何做好科研管理工作、提高科研经费使用效率、为农业科研管理者决策提供了有益的经验和建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of scientific research data since the 11th Five-Year Plan of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the relationship among scientific research expenditure, scientific research output and scientific research reward is quantitatively evaluated.The results show that there is a high positive correlation between the input of scientific research funds and the cost of scientific research output, and the scientific research reward can promote the output of scientific research results more than the input of scientific research funds, and there is a significant negative correlation between the scientific research reward and the cost of scientific research.That is, the scientific research cost decreases with the increase of the scientific research reward, and the reward performance is superior to the direct financial input, which plays a positive role in promoting the efficiency of scientific research activities of scientific and technological personnel, at the same time, how to do well the scientific research management work,Improving the efficiency of using scientific research funds provides useful experience and advice for agricultural scientific research managers to make decisions.
