农业科研项目运行质量信息化控制方法探讨

【摘要】：随着国家对农业科研投入的不断加大,农业科研单位承担的科研项目数量和经费也越来越多,如何实现对农业科研项目行之有效的管理,是农业科研项目管理部门的重要课题。以农业科研项目实施阶段的运行质量为研究对象,分析项目的分类管理、过程管理与动态管理需求,探讨通过指标采集、模型构建的方法,建立完整的农业科研项目运行质量控制体系,搭建相应的质量信息化控制数据库管理平台,实现项目下达部门、项目承担部门、科研人员线上随时地交流互动,从而提高科研管理效率,降低项目失败的风险,同时为广大科研人员创造更加便捷的科研环境,激发每个人的科研积极性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of national investment in agricultural scientific research, the number and funds of scientific research projects undertaken by agricultural scientific research units are also increasing. How to realize the effective management of agricultural scientific research projects is an important task for the management department of agricultural scientific research projects.Taking the running quality of the agricultural scientific research project as the research object, this paper analyzes the requirements of the classified management, process management and dynamic management of the project, and probes into the methods of collecting the indexes and constructing the model.Establish a complete quality control system for agricultural scientific research projects, build the corresponding quality information control database management platform, realize the project delivery department, project undertaking department, scientific research personnel online exchange and interaction at any time,In order to improve the efficiency of scientific research management, reduce the risk of project failure, at the same time create a more convenient scientific research environment for the vast number of researchers, stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for scientific research.
