土壤酶对环境污染响应的研究进展

【摘要】:随着社会经济的快速发展,污染物种类和数量不断增加,土壤污染作为环境污染的一个重要组成部分,其污染问题日益突出,生态系统安全受到巨大的威胁。土壤酶是土壤的重要组成部分,具有稳定性,同时对污染物的响应也比较灵敏,因此,土壤酶作为土壤生态毒理学评价的重要指标之一,其活性变化可以指示土壤生态系统的健康状况。该文在总结了国内外现有文献的基础上,开展了土壤酶对重金属、石油烃类污染物、邻苯二甲酸酯类污染物、农药的指示作用的综合分析和论述,以期为土壤酶在土壤生态毒理学中的广泛应用提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the species and quantity of pollutants are increasing. Soil pollution, as an important part of environmental pollution, is becoming more and more serious, and the security of ecosystem is threatened. Soil enzyme is an important part of soil, which is stable and sensitive to pollutants. Therefore, soil enzyme is one of the important indexes of soil ecotoxicology evaluation. The change of its activity can indicate the health of soil ecosystem. On the basis of summing up the existing literatures at home and abroad, the comprehensive analysis and discussion on the indicative effects of soil enzymes on heavy metals, petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants, phthalates and pesticides were carried out. In order to provide reference for the extensive application of soil enzyme in soil ecotoxicology.
