基于语义的农业科技信息资源本体构建与推理服务研究

【摘要】:随着农业信息化进程的快速推进,大量的农业科技信息资源无序堆积。怎样组织、管理和维护农业科技信息资源,并实现对资源有效的共享和重用成为研究的关注点,关键在于对其共享的信息资源有一个公认和一致的理解。本体是一种能有效表达概念层次结构和概念语义关系的模型,被认为是知识组织和管理领域解决信息爆炸问题的先进方法。与具体的农业科技信息资源服务领域相结合则可以理解为:本体是用于描述或表达农业科技信息资源的概念或术语及其之间的关系,对农业科技信息领域中的重要实体、属性及其相互关系进行形式化描述,即本体为不同平台之间的农业科技信息资源共享和重用提供了平台。首先将本体相关的技术应用于农业科技领域,通过对农业科技领域的信息资源分析,对其中相关概念与概念之间的关系进行描述,构建农业科技信息资源本体。其次开展推理技术的相关研究,对信息资源进行有效推理,对语义体系进行扩充展,设计基于农业科技信息资源本体的语义检索原型系统,利用该系统获取服务于农业的信息,进而达到更高层次的信息资源的应用。具体工作如下:(1)构建农业科技信息资源本体库。结合农业科技信息的分类标准,分析其概念及其层次结构之间的关系,利用protégé本体设计工具,构建农业科技信息资源本体。(2)基于OWL描述的农业科技信息资源本体推理。在所构建的农业科技信息资源本体的基础之上,借助Jena推理机和推理规则,提出农业科技信息资源本体的语义推理框架。(3)农业科技信息资源语义检索原型系统的设计与实现。在对农业科技信息资源本体建模及其语义推理机制进行详细研究和基础上,设计语义检索原型系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of agricultural informatization, a large number of agricultural science and technology information resources are stacked disorderly. How to organize, manage and maintain agricultural science and technology information resources, and to realize the effective sharing and reuse of agricultural science and technology information resources has become the focus of research. The key is to have a recognized and consistent understanding of the information resources shared by agricultural science and technology information resources. Ontology is a model that can effectively express the relationship between conceptual hierarchy and concept semantics. It is considered to be an advanced method to solve the problem of information explosion in the field of knowledge organization and management. Combined with the specific field of agricultural science and technology information resources service, it can be understood as: ontology is used to describe or express the concepts or terms of agricultural science and technology information resources and their relationships, to the important entities in the field of agricultural science and technology information. Ontology provides a platform for sharing and reusing agricultural science and technology information resources among different platforms. Firstly, the ontology-related technology is applied to the field of agricultural science and technology. Through the analysis of the information resources in the field of agricultural science and technology, the relationship between the related concepts and concepts is described, and the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources is constructed. Secondly, the related research of reasoning technology is carried out, the information resources are inferred effectively, the semantic system is expanded and the prototype system of semantic retrieval based on the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources is designed, and the information serving for agriculture is obtained by the system. And then achieve a higher level of application of information resources. The concrete work is as follows: 1) constructing the ontology database of agricultural science and technology information resources. Combined with the classification standard of agricultural science and technology information, this paper analyzes the relationship between its concept and its hierarchical structure, and uses prot 茅 g 茅 ontology design tool to construct agricultural science and technology information resource ontology reasoning based on OWL description. On the basis of the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources, the design and implementation of the prototype system of semantic retrieval of agricultural science and technology information resources is put forward with the help of Jena inference engine and inference rules, and the semantic reasoning framework of agricultural science and technology information resources. Based on the detailed study of ontology modeling and semantic reasoning mechanism of agricultural science and technology information resources, a prototype system of semantic retrieval is designed.
