夜蛾科6种害虫触角微观结构比较分析

【摘要】:本试验对夜蛾科6种常发生害虫触角微观结构进行研究,分析了6种害虫触角的形态、分布位置、长度及基部直径和着生数量的差异性。研究结果如下:6种害虫的触角外部形态、触角长度及着生方式无差异,但其鞭节数有显著性差异;6种害虫触角上共观察到9种类型感受器,分别为毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、刺形感受器Ⅱ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、锥形感受器、鳞形感受器、耳形感受器及Bǒhm氏鬃毛,但每种触角感受器类型、长度、基部直径及数量在不同害虫间存在差异。棉铃虫触角上有8种类型感受器,毛形感受器,腔锥感受器、锥形感受器的长度较长,刺形感受器Ⅰ、Bǒhm氏鬃毛、耳形感受器较短;锥形感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛数量较多,鳞形感受器、栓锥感受器较少。但其触角上未发现刺形感受器Ⅱ。小地老虎触角上有9种类型感受器,毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、耳形感受器及Bǒhm氏鬃毛长度较长,刺形感受器Ⅱ,锥形感受器较短;其毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、刺形感受器Ⅱ、栓锥感受器、鳞形感受器、腔锥感受器数量较多。粘虫触角上有9种类型感受器,毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、刺形感受器Ⅱ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、锥形感受器、耳形感受器长度较长;鳞形感受器、栓锥感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛数量较少。苜蓿夜蛾触角上有7种类型感受器,锥形感受器长度较长,毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、耳形感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛长度较短;其毛形感受器、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、锥形感受器数量较少。但其触角上未发现刺形感受器Ⅱ和鳞形感受器。八字地老虎触角上有9种类型感受器,毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、耳形感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛长度较长;其毛形感受器、鳞形感受器数量较多,刺形感受器Ⅱ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器、耳形感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛数量较少。银纹夜蛾触角上有7种类型感受器,其刺形感受器Ⅱ、腔锥感受器、Bǒhm氏鬃毛长度较短;毛形感受器、鳞形感受器基部直径较长;毛形感受器、刺形感受器Ⅰ、刺形感受器Ⅱ、腔锥感受器、栓锥感受器数量较多。但其触角上未发现耳形感受器和锥形感受器。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, the microstructures of antennae of six common pests in the family Noctuidae were studied, and the differences of antennae morphology, distribution, length, basal diameter and number of pests were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the outer shape of antennae, the length of antennae and the way of growth, but there were significant differences in the number of vervain nodes.
