葱黄寡毛跳甲成虫触角的超微形态及感器类型

【摘要】:葱黄寡毛跳甲Luperomorpha suturalis Chen是一种重要的农业害虫,主要危害葱、韭菜等作物。为了明确葱黄寡毛跳甲触角形态及感器类型,利用扫描电子显微镜对其触角进行超微形态观察。结果表明:葱黄寡毛跳甲触角为丝状,由柄节、梗节和包括9亚节的鞭节组成。触角上分布有6种感器,包括刺形感器Ⅰ、刺形感器Ⅱ、B錸hm式鬃毛、锥形感器Ⅰ、锥形感器Ⅱ和毛形感器,刺形感器Ⅰ、表皮孔分布于整个触角,刺形感器Ⅱ、锥形感器Ⅰ分布于鞭节,B錸hm式鬃毛、表皮附突分布于触角基部,而锥形感器Ⅱ、毛形感器则主要分布于触角端部。雌雄触角除大小外,形态、感器类型和分布均无明显差异。
[Abstract]:Luperomorpha suturalis Chen is an important agricultural pest, which mainly harms crops such as onion and leek. In order to identify the antennae morphology and sensilla type of scallion yellow oligosactyly, the ultrastructure of the antennae was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the tentacles were filamentous and consisted of stalks, peduncles and flagellas including 9 subunits.
