农业退水分层利用装置设计与数值模拟

【摘要】:从理论可行性出发,初步设计一种分流装置,再从功能和效率的角度对其进行改进,最后采用计算流体力学软件Fluent对农业退水分流过程进行数值模拟,对比分析不同流速下的盐度场和速度场,结果表明该分流装置可为最终设计提供参考。试验工况分3组进行,设定入口流速作为唯一变量,3组试验均假定相同的入口盐度分布函数。截取2个Y轴剖面的流速场云图和4个X轴剖面的盐度场云图进行对比分析。结果表明,分流装置可以对不同盐度的农业退水进行分流。上导流槽得到低盐度农业退水,下导流槽得到较高盐度退水。分流的效率取决于装置尺寸、分层流流速和盐度分布等因素,可根据实际情况进行调整和优化。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical feasibility, a kind of diversion device was designed, and then improved from the angle of function and efficiency. Finally, the flow dynamics software fluent was used to simulate the process of agricultural water diversion. The salinity field and velocity field at different velocities are compared and analyzed. The results show that the distributor can provide reference for the final design. The test conditions were divided into three groups, and the inlet velocity was set as the only variable. The same inlet salinity distribution function was assumed in the three groups. The velocity field cloud maps of two Y-axis sections and the salinity-field cloud maps of four X-axis sections were taken for comparative analysis. The results show that the diverting unit can separate agricultural receding water with different salinity. The low salinity agricultural water was obtained in the upper channel and the higher salinity water was obtained in the lower channel. The efficiency of the distributary depends on the size of the unit, the velocity of the stratified flow and the distribution of salinity, and can be adjusted and optimized according to the actual situation.
