【摘要】:本文对白星花金龟的拉丁名和中文进行了考证,指出了白星花金龟正确的拉丁名,对白星花金龟的中文名提出了建议,并通过分子系统学和几何形态学方法对新疆地区白星花金龟的入侵来源进行了推测,主要结果如下:1.通过采集各地区的白星花金龟标本和阅读相关文献,考证白星花金龟的拉丁名并对其中文名提出建议,结果表明,目前白星花金龟国际上认可的拉丁名称为:Protaetia brevitarsis是由George Lewis于1879年提出的,其他名称均为异名。根据白星花金龟拉丁学名种名“brevitarsis”的实际拉丁文含义为“短的跗节”,因此,该种的学术名称应被称为短跗星花金龟。但鉴于白星花金龟是国内使用最广的中文名,已为学界承认,并且该中文名称在一定程度上也反映了该种的鉴定特征,我们认为沿用白星花金龟作为其正确的中文名进行统一规范较为适宜。2.对新疆以及新疆以外地区和国家进行广泛的样本采集,通过分子系统学技术,以线粒体基因COI和核基因EF-1α为遗传标记,推断新疆不同区域的白星花金龟种群间的亲缘关系,结果表明,新疆地区的白星花金龟聚为同一分支,同源性较高,与新疆地区最近的内蒙古地区和宁夏地区的白星花金龟标本与新疆地区标本的同源性较高。3.选择了来自我国及周边国家地区的700头白星花金龟标本,涵盖中国境内绝大部分布省市,且重点对新疆地区进行了广泛采样,利用几何形态学定量分析方法,评估不同地理种群的白星花金龟的种群关系,结果表明前胸背板和鞘翅上的白斑可以作为白星花金龟地理种群变异的评价指标,我们推测新疆白星花金龟是通过青海省北部以外的宁夏、内蒙古和甘肃三省入侵到新疆自治区,或者与上述三省该害虫的入侵来源一致。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Latin names and Chinese names of the white star tortoise are studied, the correct Latin names of the white star tortoises are pointed out, and the Chinese names of the white star tortoises are suggested. Molecular systematics and geometric morphology were used to infer the origin of the invasion. The main results were as follows: 1. By collecting the specimens of the white star tortoise from various areas and reading the relevant literature, the Latin name of the golden tortoise is verified and some suggestions are made on its Chinese name. The results show that, At present, the internationally recognized Latin name of the White Starling Tortoise is: Protaetia brevitarsis, which was proposed by George Lewis in 1879, and the other names are all synonyms. According to the Latin name of "brevitarsis", the actual Latin meaning of "brevitarsis" is "short tarsal section", so the academic name of this species should be called "short tarsal tortoise". However, since the Chinese name of the Chinese tortoise is the most widely used in China, it has been recognized by scholars, and the Chinese name also reflects the identification characteristics of the species to some extent. We think that it is more appropriate to use the Chinese name as the correct Chinese name to standardize. 2. 2. A wide range of samples were collected from Xinjiang and other regions and countries outside Xinjiang. By molecular systematics, genetic markers of mitochondrial gene COI and nuclear gene EF-1 伪 were used as genetic markers to infer the genetic relationship among the populations of Sparrolla species in different regions of Xinjiang. The results showed that the species in Xinjiang had the same branch and had high homology with the samples from Inner Mongolia and Ningxia, which had higher homology than those from Xinjiang. A total of 700 specimens from China and the surrounding countries were selected, covering the vast majority of provinces and cities in China. Extensive sampling was carried out in Xinjiang, and quantitative analysis of geometric morphology was used. The population relationships among different geographical populations were evaluated. The results showed that the white spot on the back of the front chest and on the wing of the sheath could be used as an index to evaluate the variation of the geographical population of the golden tortoise. We speculate that Xinjiang White Star Tortoise invaded Xinjiang Autonomous region through Ningxia Inner Mongolia and Gansu provinces outside the northern part of Qinghai Province or is consistent with the source of the pest invasion in these three provinces.
