浅谈实施耕作层土壤剥离再利用问题

【摘要】：正采取工程手段对建设占用耕地的优质耕作层进行剥离,并将其用于土地整治项目的表层覆土、中低产田土壤改良或高标准基本农田建设等做法,可以在各类建设不可避免占用耕地的情况下,实现耕作层资源生态循环利用,有效提高耕地质量。对于耕地资源较为稀缺、耕地后备资源少、土壤条件差的地区,要保障占用耕地和补充耕地的数量、质量双平衡,实施建设占用耕地耕作层土壤剥离再利用是可行的好办法。从经济效益看,耕地质量提升后,会带来农业增产、农民增收;
[Abstract]:We are taking engineering measures to peel off the high quality cultivated bed occupied by the construction and use it in the surface soil cover of the land regulation project, the soil improvement in the middle and low yield fields or the construction of high standard basic farmland, and so on. Under the condition that all kinds of construction inevitably occupy cultivated land, the ecological recycling of cultivated land resources can be realized, and the quality of cultivated land can be effectively improved. For areas where cultivated land resources are scarce, cultivated land reserve resources are less, and soil conditions are poor, it is a feasible and good method to ensure the quantity and quality of cultivated land occupied and supplementary cultivated land to be maintained, and to carry out the construction of soil stripping and reuse in cultivated land occupied by cultivated land. From the point of view of economic benefit, the improvement of cultivated land quality will bring about the increase of agricultural production and the increase of farmers' income;
