柑橘树冠层叶密度高光谱信息反演试验分析

【摘要】:以地物谱仪作为核心的数据采集平台采集光谱数据后通过计算机进行处理拟合,利用光谱分析软件ViewSpecPro,辅助以Excel、SPSS等数据统计软件进行光谱数据反演,探究柑橘树冠层光谱的4种形式与叶面积指数(leaf area index,LAI)的相关性,从而利用相关性最高的光谱参数对LAI进行定量化模拟估算和实时采集。结果表明,LAI与光谱信息系数NDVI、ρ550的反射能量、ρ850的反射能量、一阶导数、红边幅值、红边面积等的拟合方程相关系数(R)分别为0.886、0.906、0.871、0.912、0.798、0.870,相应方程的显著水平P0.05。NDVI、红边幅值和红边面积与LAI都达到较高的相关水平,可以对柑橘树冠层LAI进行模拟估算。
[Abstract]:The spectral data are collected from the data acquisition platform with the ground object spectrometer as the core, and the spectral data are processed and fitted by the computer. The spectral analysis software ViewSpecProand is used to assist the spectral data retrieval with the data statistic software such as Excel SPSS. The correlation between the four forms of citrus canopy spectrum and the leaf area index (leaf area index Lai) was investigated, and the quantitative simulation and real-time acquisition of Lai were carried out by using the spectral parameters with the highest correlation. The results show that the reflectance of Lai and spectral information coefficient NDVI, 蟻 550, the reflection energy of 蟻 850, the first derivative, the amplitude of red edge, The correlation coefficient (R) of the fitting equation for the red edge area was 0.886 / 0.906 / 0.871/ 0.912 / 0.798/ 0.870, respectively. The significant level of the equation was P0.05.NDVI, the amplitude of the red edge and the area of the red edge reached a higher level of correlation with Lai. The Lai of the canopy layer of citrus trees could be simulated and estimated.
