我国省际农业用水效率测评与空间溢出效应研究

【摘要】：以我国31个省份为例,运用三阶段DEA模型和空间计量模型对各省农业用水效率及其溢出效应进行测评与分析。结果表明:我国绝大多数省份农业用水效率较低,农业用水效率提升空间较大。同时,农业用水效率的外部环境变量对各省份农业用水效率的测评结果影响明显,剔除外部环境变量的农业用水效率值更能真实反映真实效率。在考察各省农业用水效率存在空间相关性基础上,利用空间滞后项模型分析了农业用水效率的空间溢出效应,各省农业用水效率不仅受到本省各变量因素影响,还受到空间相邻省份影响,表现出明显的空间溢出效应。
[Abstract]:Taking 31 provinces in China as an example, the efficiency of agricultural water use and its spillover effects are evaluated and analyzed by using the three-stage DEA model and the spatial econometric model. The results show that the efficiency of agricultural water use is low in most provinces of China, and the space for improving the efficiency of agricultural water use is larger. At the same time, the external environmental variables of agricultural water use efficiency have a significant impact on the evaluation results of agricultural water use efficiency in various provinces. The agricultural water use efficiency value excluding external environmental variables can reflect the real efficiency more truly. The spatial spillover effect of agricultural water use efficiency is analyzed by using spatial lag term model on the basis of investigating the spatial correlation of agricultural water use efficiency in each province. The agricultural water use efficiency in each province is not only affected by the variables of the province. It is also affected by adjacent provinces, showing obvious spatial spillover effect.
