基于二维码技术的稻米可追溯系统的研究与实现

【摘要】:本研究以二维码技术构建的稻米质量安全可追溯系统为基础,以稻米加工企业为研究对象,以食品质量安全可追溯体系为指导,采用文献分析法、调查法,运用二位码技术、HACCP体系、Python编程语言,围绕稻米产业链,开展稻米的可追溯系统研究,为构建适用全国性的食品质量安全可追溯系统的实施提供支撑和参考。本研究拟解决的关键问题,一是以二维码技术构建的稻米产品质量追溯系统达到“一品一码,全程追溯”的追溯方式,并覆盖从原料种植、原料采购、原料仓储、产品生产(赋码、打印、关联)、产品出入库、产品配送(经销商、商超)、市场查询(消费者、稽查人员)等流通环节。二是研究农产品质量追溯系统在企业中应用遇到的阻碍及问题。三是为农产品质量追溯系统更好的应用提出可行性办法及对策。本研究的创新点主要在于为深化稻米产品可追溯系统,使其做到“一品一码,全程追溯”。以前关于农产品质量安全可追溯系统的研究大多停留在追溯信息为一次性片面记录信息,无法做到让消费者及监管部门直视产品的全部过程。研究虽也以各农产品生产企业为研究对象,但以稻米加工企业为课题研究对象的研究很少,针对产粮大户黑龙江省的稻米加工企业则更少提及。本研究构建一个完整的农产品质量安全可追溯系统,将其运行的全部过程以稻米加工企业产品的流动形式展示出来,研究农产品质量安全可追溯系统构建及推广应用的主要问题,并根据研究发现的问题提出相应的对策,,研究视角更加准确细致,更具有针对性,理论与实际联系更紧密,具有一定的创新性。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the rice quality and safety traceability system constructed by the two-dimensional code technology, takes the rice processing enterprise as the research object, takes the food quality safety traceability system as the instruction, adopts the literature analysis method, the investigation method. Based on the two-digit code technology and the Python programming language of HACCP system, the traceability system of rice is studied around the rice industry chain, which provides the support and reference for the implementation of the nationwide food quality and safety traceability system. The key problems to be solved in this study are as follows: first, the rice product quality traceability system based on QR code technology can reach the "one product, one yard, whole traceability" method, and cover the planting of raw materials, the purchase of raw materials, the storage of raw materials, Product production (coded, printed, associated), product storage, product distribution (dealers, commercial super), market inquiries (consumers, inspectors) and other circulation links. The second is to study the problems and obstacles encountered in the application of agricultural product quality traceability system in enterprises. Third, put forward the feasible method and countermeasure for the agricultural product quality traceability system. The innovation of this study is to deepen the rice product traceability system and make it "one product, one yard, whole traceability". Previous researches on the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety mostly stay in the one-off one-sided record of traceability information, which can not make consumers and regulators look directly at the whole process of products. Although the research also takes each agricultural product production enterprise as the research object, but takes the rice processing enterprise as the subject research object, the rice processing enterprise of Heilongjiang Province, which is the big grain producer, is less mentioned. In this study, a complete traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety is constructed, and the whole process of its operation is displayed in the form of product flow in rice processing enterprises. This paper studies the main problems of constructing and popularizing the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the problems found in the research. The research angle of view is more accurate and meticulous, more pertinence, and the theory is more closely related to practice. Have certain innovation.
