内蒙古西部地区土壤微生物数量及其土壤理化特性

【摘要】：以内蒙古西部为研究区,按35种土壤亚类共采集103份土样,测定了土壤微生物数量和土壤理化特性,并分析了其相关性。结果表明:该地区土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌的平均数量分别为515.67×104、145.61×104、1.62×104cfu·g-1。土壤理化特性分析结果显示,土壤呈中性到碱性;土壤含水量很低,其中96.1%的土壤含水量15%;土壤养分含量普遍很低。相关性分析和通径分析表明,土壤微生物数量与土壤pH、含水量、碱解氮、速效钾均体现出相关性;土壤碱解氮是影响土壤微生物数量的直接作用因子,而土壤pH、速效钾主要是通过其他环境因子影响土壤微生物数量。说明内蒙古西部地区土壤偏碱性,其含水量、养分含量偏低是造成该地区土壤微生物数量较低的主要原因。
[Abstract]:A total of 103 soil samples were collected from the western part of Inner Mongolia according to 35 soil subgroups. The soil microbial quantity and soil physical and chemical properties were determined and the correlation between them was analyzed. The results showed that the average number of soil bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were 515.67 脳 104145.61 脳 10 ~ 4N ~ (1.62) 脳 104cfu g ~ (-1), respectively. The physical and chemical properties of the soil showed that the soil was neutral to alkaline, the soil moisture content was very low, of which 96.1% of the soil moisture content was 15%, and the soil nutrient content was generally very low. Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the number of soil microorganisms was correlated with soil pH, water content, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and available potassium, and that soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen was the direct action factor affecting the number of soil microbes. Soil pH and available potassium mainly affect soil microbial quantity through other environmental factors. The results showed that the low soil water content and nutrient content were the main reasons for the low soil microbial population in the western part of Inner Mongolia.
