欧美养殖废弃物管理对策比较及对我国养殖废弃物治理的启示

【摘要】：基于土地消纳、种养结合的养殖废弃物治理模式,欧美国家在畜禽养殖废弃物管理方面有许多成功经验。鉴于当下我国已经逐渐进入促进种养结合、推进畜牧业绿色发展的关键时期,应根据国情在配备环保政策、土地、技术、机制及设备等基础上,考虑区域条件和分阶段推进畜禽粪便养分管理计划。
[Abstract]:Based on the management mode of land absorption, planting and raising, the European and American countries have many successful experiences in the management of livestock and poultry wastes. In view of the fact that our country has gradually entered the critical period of promoting the combination of planting and raising and promoting the green development of animal husbandry, we should equip ourselves with environmental protection policies, land, technology, mechanisms and equipment on the basis of our national conditions. Considering regional conditions and promoting nutrient management plan of livestock and poultry manure in stages.
