大洋臀纹粉蚧生物学特性研究

【摘要】:大洋臀纹粉蚧(Planococcus minor Maskell)是一种能够危害多种作物的害虫,是我国重要检疫意义的有害生物。本文通过室内实验对大洋臀纹粉蚧的形态特征、习性行为、发育起点温度、有效积温、发育历期进行了系统的研究,建立了以土豆为寄主的不同温度条件下(20,23,26,29,32)实验种群生命表;测定了5种常见的药剂对大洋臀纹粉蚧的室内毒力;此外,运用CLIMEX软件对大洋臀纹粉蚧开展适生性风险评估。主要结果如下:1.通过室内饲养实验得出:在20~32温度范围内,大洋臀纹粉蚧雌雄世代发育历期最短是在29条件下(30.34 d,28.80 d),最长是在20条件下(54.35 d,51.97 d),且温度与其世代发育速率的关系符合Logistic模型。2.通过大洋臀纹粉蚧饲养实验得出:雌虫世代发育起点温度为10.74,有效积温为610.15日·度;雄虫世代发育起点温度为8.52,有效积温为655.48日·度;29条件下,大洋臀纹粉蚧的世代存活率(77.33%)和种群趋势指数(I)(134.31)最高,但在17和35下,大洋臀纹粉蚧1龄若虫生长停滞。因此,低温和高温均不利于大洋臀纹粉蚧种群增长。3.通过室内毒力实验得出:10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂对大洋臀纹粉蚧雌成虫防治效果最好(LC50 12.3397mg/L),毒力大小依次顺序为:吡虫啉啶虫脒阿维菌素毒死蜱高效氯氰菊酯。4.利用CLIMEX软件对大洋臀纹粉蚧在我国的潜在适生区进行分析预测,结果表明中国南方大部分省份和地区为高度适生区。
[Abstract]:(Planococcus minor Maskell) is a pest that can harm many kinds of crops. It is an important quarantine pest in China. In this paper, the morphological characteristics, habit behavior, developmental threshold temperature, effective accumulated temperature and developmental duration of the scale were systematically studied through laboratory experiments. The life table of the experimental population was established under different temperature conditions (2022326C2932) with potato as the host. The indoor virulence of five kinds of common insecticides to the scale was determined, and the suitable risk assessment was carried out by using CLIMEX software. The main results are as follows: 1. The results of indoor feeding experiments showed that the shortest development period of male and female generation was at 29 (30.34 d ~ 28.80 d),) (54.35 d ~ 51.97 d),) under 20 conditions, and the relationship between temperature and its generation development rate was in accordance with Logistic model. The results showed that the starting temperature of female generation was 10.74, the effective accumulated temperature was 610.15 degrees, the male generation temperature was 8.52, and the effective accumulated temperature was 655.48 degrees. The generation survival rate (77.33%) and population trend index (I) (134.31) were the highest, but at 17 and 35, the growth of the first instar nymphs was stagnant. Therefore, low temperature and high temperature are not conducive to population growth. 3. 3. The results of indoor virulence test showed that the wettable powder of 10% imidacloprid had the best control effect (LC50 12.3397mg/L) on female adults of the scale, and the order of virulence was as follows: cypermethrin, cypermethrin and cypermethrin. CLIMEX software was used to analyze and predict the potential suitable areas of the scale in China. The results showed that most provinces and regions in the south of China were highly adaptable.
