河南省农业科研系统电子文献资源利用现状分析与共享服务建议

【摘要】：为了构建河南省农科系统文献信息共享服务平台,对河南省农业科学院馆藏文献信息需求与利用情况进行了调查与分析。结果显示,该图书馆电子文献资源包括中国知网、Science Direct等8个中外文数据库,是河南省内最大的农业文献数据库信息平台。目前,电子文献资源已成为科研人员获取信息的主要途径;用户具有学历高、专业化强的特点,其中研究生以上学历人员占81.6%;用于立项检索、查阅研究进展、撰写论文的用户比例分别为42.2%、30.5%、27.3%。总体上,用户对电子文献资源中全文文献数据库需求最大、利用率最高,对外文电子文献信息需求不断增大。建议整合全省农科系统文献资源,积极融入国家信息资源共享联盟,实现农科系统信息资源共享,建立以用户需求为导向的个性化服务,不断提高信息服务质量。
[Abstract]:In order to construct the document information sharing service platform of Henan Agricultural Sciences System,this paper investigates and analyzes the demand and utilization of the document information in the collection of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The results show that the electronic document resources of this library include eight Chinese and foreign language databases,such as China Knowledgenet and Science Direct,which are the largest agricultural document data in Henan Province. Currently, electronic literature resources have become the main way for researchers to obtain information; users have the characteristics of high education and strong specialization, of which 81.6% are graduate students or above; the proportion of users who write papers is 42.2%, 30.5% and 27.3% respectively for project retrieval and research progress. Full-text document database has the greatest demand, the highest utilization rate, and the increasing demand for foreign electronic document information. It is suggested to integrate the provincial agricultural system literature resources, actively integrate into the national information resources sharing alliance, realize the sharing of agricultural information resources, establish user-oriented personalized services, and constantly improve information service.
