西藏发现Q型烟粉虱

【摘要】：【目的】调查西藏自治区烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)的发生情况。【方法】从西藏拉萨采集到烟粉虱各个虫态,采用3D数码显微镜观察所采集烟粉虱的形态特征,利用mt COⅠ分子标记检测烟粉虱的生物型。【结果】明确并详细描述了烟粉虱各形态特征,mt COⅠ分子标记检测显示西藏采集到的烟粉虱为Q生物型。【结论】在形态学鉴定的基础上,分子生物学鉴定该粉虱为Q型烟粉虱,这是Q型烟粉虱在西藏自治区发生的首次报道。
