侧孢短芽孢杆菌A60的筛选及其对辣椒疫霉的室内防效测定

【摘要】：采用平板对峙法对分离自海南43份土样的700余株细菌进行筛选,获得一株对辣椒疫霉病菌(Phytophthora capsici)具有高效抑制活性的拮抗菌A60,根据形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析鉴定其为侧孢短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。分别在辣椒和甜椒上进行室内防效测定,结果表明,加入拮抗菌A60的辣椒,在第3天时未发病,对辣椒疫霉病的防效达100%,第5天时为95.71%,第7天仍可达到92.22%;加入拮抗菌A60的甜椒,在第3天时未发病,防效达100%,第5天时为75.26%,第7天仍达73.20%,说明拮抗菌A60能够明显的降低发病率和病情指数,具有较好的防病持效性。
[Abstract]:More than 700 strains of bacteria isolated from 43 soil samples from Hainan were screened by plate confrontation method. An antagonistic bacterium A60 with high inhibitory activity against Phytophthora capsici (Phytophthora capsici) was obtained according to its morphological characteristics. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16s rDNA sequence Analysis to identify it as (Brevibacillus laterosporus). Of Bacillus cereus The results showed that the pepper with antagonistic bacteria A60 had no disease on the third day, and had a control effect of 100 against Phytophthora capsici, 95.71 on the fifth day, 92.22um on the seventh day, and added the antagonistic bacteria A60.
