生物膜—活性污泥工艺对甲鱼养殖废水的处理效果研究

【摘要】:对甲鱼养殖产生的温室废水和外塘废水的污染情况进行分析,发现温室废水COD、TP、TN、氨氮浓度较高,污染程度明显高于外塘废水,将温室废水和外塘废水混合后集中于囤水池中,采用生物膜—活性污泥(HYBAS)工艺对甲鱼养殖废水进行处理。结果表明,HYBAS工艺对COD、TP处理效果较好,平均去除率分别为63.76%、59.32%;受冬季低温影响,HYBAS工艺运行前期对TN、氨氮去除效果较差,而运行后期去除效果良好,后期TN、氨氮平均去除率分别为42.84%、85.71%,处理出水总体满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅳ类标准和《浙江省水产养殖池塘生态化建设与改造规范》养殖废水排放标准。HYBAS工艺建设运行费用低、抗冲击负荷能力强、处理效果良好,是一种简单易行的甲鱼养殖废水处理工艺。
[Abstract]:The pollution of greenhouse wastewater and outer pond wastewater produced by turtle culture was analyzed. It was found that the concentration of COD,TP,TN, ammonia nitrogen in greenhouse wastewater was higher than that in outer pond wastewater, and the pollution degree was obviously higher than that in outer pond wastewater. The mixture of greenhouse wastewater and outer pond wastewater was concentrated in storage pool. The wastewater from turtle culture was treated by biofilm-activated sludge (HYBAS) process.
