不同浓度维生素C对干旱胁迫下辣椒苗期根系生长的影响

【摘要】:以辣椒苗为试材,采用盆栽称重法将辣椒土壤含水量控制在40%~50%,将不同浓度的维生素C溶液(0、20、40、60、80、100、120 mg·L-1)对辣椒叶面进行喷施,通过测定辣椒根系的形态指标和生理指标,研究了不同浓度维生素C对干旱胁迫下辣椒苗期根系生长的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的维生素C能够缓解干旱胁迫对辣椒根系生长的影响,提高辣椒根系的吸水和保水能力;表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制,维生素C浓度为40 mg·L-1时,干旱缓解效果最显著,根系的含水量、质膜透性分别比对照减少2.58%和11.46%,辣椒根系长度、根系活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量分别比对照增加0.273%、1.33%、11.1%和13.61%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性比对照增加12倍。
[Abstract]:The soil moisture content of capsicum was controlled at 40 ~ (50) by pot weighing method. Different concentrations of vitamin C (0 ~ (20) ~ 40 ~ (60) C) were sprayed on the leaf surface of capsicum. The morphological and physiological indexes of pepper root system were determined. The effects of different concentrations of vitamin C on the root growth of pepper seedlings under drought stress were studied. The results showed that a certain concentration of vitamin C could alleviate the effect of drought stress on the growth of pepper root system and improve the water absorption and water retention ability of pepper root system, which was promoted by low concentration, inhibited by high concentration, and inhibited by vitamin C concentration of 40 mg 路L ~ (-1). The effect of drought mitigation was most significant, the root water content and plasma membrane permeability were decreased by 2.58% and 11.46%, respectively. The root length, root activity and (CAT) activity of catalase were decreased respectively. The content of proline (Pro) was increased by 11.1% and 13.61%, respectively, and the activity of peroxidase (POD) was increased by 12 times compared with the control.
