赣南脐橙黄龙病株与健康株的根际土壤真菌群落多样性比较

【摘要】：通过高通量测序技术,结合相关生物信息学,分析了赣南脐橙黄龙病株和健康株的根际土壤真菌群落多样性差异。结果显示,赣南脐橙黄龙病株根际土壤真菌群落的丰度比健康株低48.41%,丰富度比健康株高8.9%,群落多样性比健康株多23%;发现了17个典型的黄龙病伴生真菌属、包括球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)和10个典型的伴减真菌属。
[Abstract]:The diversity of fungal communities in rhizosphere of yellow dragon of navel orange in South Jiangxi was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics. The results showed that the abundance of rhizosphere fungi community was 48.41 lower than that of healthy strain, the richness was 8.9 higher than that of healthy strain, and the diversity of community was 23% more than that of healthy strain, and 17 typical fungi associated with Huanglong disease were found. It includes (Glomeromycota) and 10 typical subtractive fungi.
