基于Fluent的文丘里管结构参数对吸肥性能的影响

【摘要】:为优化文丘里施肥器设计,研究了渐缩角α、渐扩角β和喉管直径d等结构参数对文丘里施肥器吸肥性能的影响。基于流体的连续方程、Navier-stokes方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,通过改变渐缩角α、渐扩角β和喉管直径d等文丘里管结构参数的值,采用有限元分析软件Fluent进行数值模拟,根据总流量和吸肥浓度的数值,发现α=25°、β=7°、7 mm≤d≤11 mm时吸肥性能最佳;利用分析软件Matlab对模拟得到的数据进行拟合,得到了单个参数与总流量和吸肥浓度的函数关系,以及渐缩角α、渐扩角β和喉管直径d与文丘里施肥器总流量和吸肥浓度之间的综合函数关系式,通过分析综合函数关系式,得到了各个参数对总流量及吸肥浓度影响的百分比,得出喉管直径d对支管流量、吸肥性能的影响最显著,渐缩角α的影响最小的结论。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of Venturi fertilizer applicator, the effects of structural parameters such as tapering angle 伪, expanding angle 尾 and throat diameter d on the fertilizer absorption performance of Venturi fertilizer applicator were studied. Based on fluid continuity equation, Navier-stokes equation and standard k- 蔚 turbulence model, the finite element analysis software Fluent was used to simulate the structure parameters of Venturi tube by changing the values of the structural parameters of the Venturi tube such as the angle 伪, the angle 尾 and the diameter of the throat pipe.
