金龟子绿僵菌的胞外酶与毒力相关性及应用技术研究
[Abstract]:The protease activity of Metarhizium anisopliae strains M11-8-7, M7-5-7, M7-10M6-448M8-5-83 and M8-6-291were determined by Folin- phenol reagent method. The activity of chitinase was determined by DNS and lipase activity was determined by acid-base titration. The virulence of powdery mildew as standard test was determined. Through the correlation between virulence and extracellular enzyme activity, it was found that there was a high linear relationship between extracellular protease activity and virulence. But there is no linear relationship between the activity and virulence of chitinase and lipase. M11-8-7 and M7-10 were selected as strains with high enzyme activity and strong virulence. By adjusting the proportion of distilled water in fermentation, strain M11-8-7, which has high pathogenicity, good fermentation effect and no pollution, was selected and applied in the field. The results showed that 450 billion spores / mu of Metarhizium anisopliae had a good lethal effect on Peaches. The effects of 5 trillion spores / mu and 10 trillion spores / mu on the control of peanut grub were as follows: compared with the blank control, the effects of 450 billion spores / mu and 10 trillion spores / mu on the yield of peanut white grubs were as follows: 32.98% and 36.8%, The control effect was 56.25% and 87.5%, and the control effect was 52.08% and 76.77%, respectively. There was a certain effect on Metarhizium anisopliae after application of animal manure in the field. The control effect of Metarhizium anisopliae was not obvious due to the treatment of chicken manure and sheep manure. But the control effect of Metarhizium anisopliae was 66.08% and 74.69% respectively.
