激光诱导击穿光谱土壤重金属Pb和Mn快速测定技术研究

【摘要】:激光诱导击穿光谱(Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,LIBS)技术作为一种成分分析技术已不断被广泛利用,利用该技术测试土壤中金属含量在环境检测、农业发展方向都有重大意义。LIBS技术利用高能脉冲激光产生的等离子体烧蚀并激发样品(通常为固体)中的物质,并通过高分辨率的光谱仪获取等离子体激发的原子或分子所发射的光谱,以此来识别样品中的元素组成和含量。LIBS可以分析任何状态的物质,可以进行材料的识别、分类、定性以及定量分析。LIBS的分析依赖于脉冲激光器的能量和光谱仪、探测器的灵敏度和波长范围,它的检测限是脉冲激光器产生的等离子体温度、收集窗口和元素的跃迁谱线强度的函数。本论文在分析了传统的土壤重金属检测技术基础上,提出了LIBS重金属Pb和Mn快速检测方法。对激光诱导等离子体理论进行了研究,主要研究了激光诱导等离子体光谱及其特性,包括等离子体发射光谱分析基本原理,LIBS实验装置及性能参数。研究分析了LIBS的定量分析方法,包括外标法、内标法、免标法、多元素定标分析方法,以及PCA、PLS、ANN等多变量分析方法。论文还搭建了LIBS土壤重金属快速测定实验平台,并对实验参数进行了分析和初步优化。通过检测不同浓度的土壤重金属Pb和Mn,获得了土壤中Pb和Mn的LIBS光谱,并分析了Pb和Mn元素的分析谱线Pb(Ι)405.78nm和Mn(Ⅱ)257.61nm的可行性。论文在建立定标曲线的基础上定量分析了Pb和Mn的含量。实验表明激光诱导击穿光谱技术能够快速检测土壤重金属Pb和Mn,对于土壤中重金属元素的快速分析具有重大意义,为土壤重金属污染和土壤元素的快速检测提供了新的思路途径。
