七星瓢虫规模化生产与释放的应用效果

【摘要】:七星瓢虫是蚜虫等害虫的重要天敌之一。为温室蔬菜蚜虫的生物防治提供技术支持,采用室内塑料箱饲养结合田间释放的方法研究七星瓢虫规模化生产与释放应用技术。结果表明:将七星瓢虫放入豆蚜繁殖的塑料箱一起扩繁,这样一体化扩繁技术更接近田间七星瓢虫和蚜虫的生长与捕食关系,增加七星瓢虫生长空间的同时降低了其幼虫期自相残杀现象和成虫对卵粒的取食;饲养过程中不需要每天更换和添加蚜虫,大大减少了劳动力,整个生产流程简便易行,可规模化饲养。以1∶40(卵∶蚜虫)及1∶80(幼虫∶蚜虫)的瓢蚜比释放到黄瓜棚内,10 d后七星瓢虫对黄瓜蚜虫的控制效果分别达86.18%和84.40%。
[Abstract]:Ladybug is one of the important natural enemies of aphids. In order to provide technical support for biological control of vegetable aphids in greenhouse, the techniques of large-scale production and release of ladybird ladybug were studied by means of indoor plastic box feeding combined with field release. The results showed that the growth and predation relationship of seven star ladybug and aphid in the field was closer to the integrated propagation technology by putting it into the plastic box of the bean aphid breeding. While increasing the growth space of ladybird, the phenomenon of killing each other in larval stage and the feeding of adults on eggs were decreased. There is no need to change and add aphids every day in the feeding process, which greatly reduces the labor force, and the whole production process is simple and easy to carry out, and can be raised on a large scale. At 1:40 (eggs: aphids) and 1:80 (larva: aphids) were released into cucumber shed. After 10 days, the control effects of ladybugs on cucumber aphids were 86.18% and 84.40%, respectively.
