珍稀濒危植物梵净山冷杉林土壤养分及酶活性分析

【摘要】:为探索土壤养分、酶活性和梵净山冷杉死亡三者之间的关系,探寻导致梵净山冷杉濒危的土壤养分及酶活性因子,在其分布区分别采集死亡(Dp)与未死亡样地(Lp)冷杉根区土壤,测定了土壤pH、有机质(SOM)、全氮(TN)、碱解氮(AN)、全钾(TK)、速效钾(AK)、全磷(TP)、有效磷(AP)含量、阳离子交换量(CEC)以及脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性,并对土壤养分和酶活性特征进行分析。结果表明:2种样地土壤全磷缺乏,其余养分为适宜到极丰富水平;AP、CEC、TK含量为LpDp土壤,其余养分相差不大;脲酶、磷酸酶活性为LpDp土壤,过氧化氢酶活性为LpDp土壤,各酶之间的相关性均不明显;Lp土壤脲酶活性与SOM含量存在显著相关性,脲酶活性与AK和CEC含量间、过氧化氢酶活性与AN含量间、多酚氧化酶活性与AN和TN含量间均有较大正相关性;过氧化氢酶活性与CEC间、多酚氧化酶活性与TP和TK含量间有较大负相关性;Dp土壤磷酸酶活性与AP含量有较大负相关性,其余酶活性与养分间相关性较小。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship between soil nutrient, enzyme activity and fir death in Fanjing Mountain, and to find out the soil nutrient and enzyme activity factors that lead to the extinction of Abies in Fanjing Mountain. The soil of (Lp) fir root region was collected from dead (Dp) and undead samples in its distribution area. Soil pH, organic matter, (SOM), total nitrogen, (TN), alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen, total potassium, (TK), available potassium, (AK), total phosphorus (TP), were determined. The contents of available phosphorus (AP), cation exchange capacity (CEC), urease, phosphatase, catalase, polyphenol oxidase activity, and the characteristics of soil nutrient and enzyme activity were analyzed. The results showed that the soil total phosphorus was deficient in two plots and the other nutrients were suitable to be very rich, and the AP,CEC,TK content was LpDp soil, but the other nutrients were not different from each other. Urease, phosphatase activity is LpDp soil, catalase activity is LpDp soil, the correlation between each enzyme is not obvious; There was a significant correlation between urease activity and SOM content in Lp soil. There was a positive correlation between urease activity and AK and CEC content, catalase activity with AN content, polyphenol oxidase activity with AN and TN content. There was a negative correlation between the activity of catalase and CEC, between the activity of polyphenol oxidase and the contents of TP and TK, between the activity of Dp and the content of AP, and between the activities of other enzymes and nutrients.
