新疆兵团农机装备云制造服务平台研究与应用

【摘要】:为了推动制造企业实施制造业信息化,国家启动制造业信息化重大专项,大力推进制造业信息化关键技术研究及应用示范工程。新疆生产建设兵团作为全国最大的农业企业集团,具有农机化水平高、农机装备更新快、保有量大等特点,随着兵团现代化步伐的加快,在发展现代农业的进程中,对农机装备提出了更高的要求。为了推动兵团农机装备制造业向着网络化、智能化以及服务化方向发展,本研究利用云计算的思想,结合兵团农机装备制造行业的实际管理需要,提出了兵团农机装备云制造服务的5层体系架构,详细阐述了其业务流程和基本功能,最终利用WEB和数据库技术,基于SOA搭建了面向农机装备云制造服务的原型系统,对所提出理论进行了初步验证。通过验证,农机装备云制造服务平台可以对新疆生产建设兵团的农机装备制造工艺、工序和制造需求等信息进行初步整合,为兵团农机装备制造企业提供可靠的制造信息服务,从而为兵团农机制造的发展奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In order to promote manufacturing informatization in manufacturing enterprises, the state has launched a major project of manufacturing informatization, and vigorously promoted the research on key technologies and application demonstration projects of manufacturing informatization. As the largest agricultural enterprise group in China, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps has the characteristics of high level of agricultural mechanization, rapid renewal of agricultural machinery and equipment, and large quantity of agricultural machinery. With the acceleration of the pace of modernization of the Corps, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is in the process of developing modern agriculture. Higher requirements have been put forward for agricultural machinery and equipment. In order to promote the development of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry towards the direction of network, intelligence and service, this paper makes use of the idea of cloud computing and combines the actual management needs of the equipment manufacturing industry of the agricultural machinery industry of Bingtuan. In this paper, a five-layer architecture of cloud manufacturing service for agricultural machinery equipment in XPCC is put forward, and its business process and basic functions are described in detail. Finally, a prototype system for cloud manufacturing service of agricultural machinery equipment based on SOA is built based on WEB and database technology. The proposed theory is preliminarily verified. Through verification, the cloud manufacturing service platform of agricultural machinery equipment can initially integrate the information of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing process, process and manufacturing requirements of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps, so as to provide reliable manufacturing information service for the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps. Thus, it laid a foundation for the development of agricultural machinery manufacturing in Xingtuan.
