基于高分影像和云数据管理的生产建设项目水土保持监管系统设计与应用
[Abstract]:In order to support the work of "demonstration of water and soil conservation in production construction projects" from hardware equipment for data acquisition and software for information processing and analysis, according to the new development of modern space technology, surveying and mapping technology and information technology, Combined with the new demand of supervision and inspection of soil and water conservation, on the basis of analyzing the data and management demand of soil and water conservation supervision and management in production construction project, through the customized innovation of supervision and management, the innovation of software and hardware integration and its application innovation, In this paper, we have developed the "Water and soil Conservation Supervision system based on High score Image and Cloud data Management", which has realized the basic data management, supervision information collection and analysis of soil and water conservation supervision and inspection. Production and construction activity compliance discrimination and early warning, spatial data GP services, data import and export, and information dissemination and sharing services. More than 2 years of testing and application shows that, In order to strengthen the process and standardization of water and soil conservation supervision and supervision of production and construction projects, and to carry out the temporal and spatial compliance and quantitative and qualitative compliance analysis of production and construction activities, the dynamic management and historical analysis of supervision and inspection are carried out. It provides a solid technical foundation for realizing the network linkage and interactive visualization of soil and water conservation in production and construction activities, and further improves the effectiveness of water and soil conservation supervision and inspection. Promoting production and construction units to actively implement soil and water conservation programs has played a good role.
