黄褐天幕毛虫生殖生物学及性信息素基础研究

【摘要】:黄褐天幕毛虫Malacosoma neustria testacea是危害杏、苹果、梨、山楂和核桃等树木的主要食叶害虫,在国内外均有分布,广泛地分布于我国各省,危害猖獗时能将大面积树木的叶子吃光,严重影响树木光合作用,进而影响树木生长,使果实产量下降。试验结果表明:黄褐天幕毛虫羽化历期40天左右,羽化高峰在6月19日-7月03日,羽化主要集中在17:00-19:00,雌雄平均性比为1:1.19±0.07,未交配雌雄成虫的平均寿命分别为4.13±0.142天和4.57±0.035天,雄蛾的寿命高于雌蛾。在凌晨0:00-3:00内均能观察到雌蛾有明显的求偶行为。成虫交尾高峰在凌晨2:30左右,一日龄的成虫交尾率最高(61.67%±2.89%),并且成虫随着日龄的增加交尾行为逐渐减弱。交尾持续时间最短为20min,最长可达135min。林间诱蛾实验发现,未交配雄蛾和空白对照都没有引诱到成虫,1-6日龄未交配雌蛾均能引诱到雄虫,且1日龄未交配雌蛾诱蛾量最大,凌晨2:00-3:00是诱蛾高峰期;凌晨1:30未交配雌蛾性腺提取物的引诱量最大,1日龄未交配雌蛾性腺提取物对雄蛾的引诱效果最佳。通过气相色谱对黄褐天幕毛虫性信息素腺体提取物和人工合成标准性信息素类似物进行分析对比,结果表明合成的标准化合物Z5E7-12:Ald、Z5E7-12:OH和Z5E7-12:Ac的保留时间分别为16.433±0.018min、19.074±0.015min和22.212±0.023min,与其性信息素腺体提取物中三种组分的保留时间16.431±0.035min、19.092±0.047min和22.249±0.032min基本拟合。由此可以得知黄褐天幕毛虫性信息素的组成成分可能包含Z5E7-12:Ald、Z5E7-12:OH和Z5E7-12:Ac。林间诱蛾试验结果表明Z5E7-12:Ac和Z5E7-12:OH均有一定的引诱活性,并且Z5E7-12:Ac:Z5E7-12:OH为1:1的混合组分引诱效果较佳,但差于活体雌蛾的林间诱捕效果。
