猪场养殖污水臭氧消毒净化效率试验

【摘要】:为了探讨臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌效果,试验采用板框式固液压滤机对猪场粪污进行固液分离-石英砂过滤罐过滤-臭氧净化消毒罐的处理工艺;以细菌菌落总数平皿法、大肠菌群最近似数多管发酵法、定性杀菌试验悬液定量法及染菌片法检测臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌效率。结果表明:臭氧浓度为18.6 mg/L时对猪场污水作用10 min,猪场污水内细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群最近似数显著降低,三种定性试验菌的平均杀菌对数值均≥3.00。说明臭氧对猪场污水中病原微生物的杀菌消毒效率极显著。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the bactericidal effect of ozone on pathogenic microorganisms in pig farm sewage, the solid-liquid separation of pig manure was carried out by plate-frame solid-liquid pressure filter, and the treatment process of quartz sand filter and ozone purification disinfection tank was carried out. The bactericidal efficiency of ozone on pathogenic microorganisms in pig wastewater was detected by plate method, coliform group, suspension quantitative method and bacterial smear method. The results showed that the total number of bacterial colonies and the nearest similarity of coliform bacteria decreased significantly when ozone concentration was 18.6 mg/L, and the average bactericidal logarithm of the three qualitative test bacteria was 鈮,
