典型富硒农业基地土壤硒的生物有效性与剖面分布分析
[Abstract]:Taking the selenium-rich agricultural land in the Boshan District of Zibo City, Shandong Province as the research area, the soil profile samples were taken from the typical agricultural land, and the indexes such as total selenium, effective selenium, physical and chemical properties of the soil and heavy metal in the soil were measured. The soil profile distribution of the total selenium and the effective selenium in the soil was analyzed and the spatial difference and the water system were analyzed. The results showed that the total selenium content of the surface soil (0 to 10 cm) in the mountainous area was 0.080 mg 路 kg ~ (-1), the mean value was 0.360 mg 路 kg ~ (-1), which was slightly higher than that of the national soil selenium element (0.290 mg 路 kg ~ (-1)). The mean value of effective selenium in soil was 0.033 mg 路 kg ~ (-1), accounting for 10.16% of total selenium. The distribution of the total selenium content in the soil shows that the distribution of the total selenium content in the soil shows that the upper and lower levels of the soil are low, and the effective selenium in the soil shows up and down in the soil profile, and the upper and lower levels are similar to the other three trends. The content of selenium in the soil is an important factor that affects the selenium level in the region. The selenium element and the heavy metal selenium in the study area are highly correlated, and the soil selenium may be associated with the heavy metal in the soil. At present, the effective selenium content classification standard still needs to be discussed, the development of the selenium-rich agriculture needs to build an effective selenium evaluation system, and the whole selenium and the effective selenium in the soil are comprehensively considered.
