焚烧秸秆对不同类型土壤理化性质、微生物及脲酶活性的影响

【摘要】:以秸秆焚烧后覆盖的黑钙土和棕壤为对象,研究秸秆焚烧对土壤理化性质、微生物数量、脲酶活性的影响,并探讨脲酶活性与土壤理化性质及微生物间的相关性。结果表明,焚烧秸秆后,细菌和放线菌数量有一定程度的减少,真菌数量、电导率、脲酶活性有一定程度的增加;0~5 cm耕层土壤碱解氮含量几乎没有变化,5~10 cm耕层土壤碱解氮含量平均降低18.86%;黑钙土有机质含量平均下降6.37%,棕壤有机质含量平均增加5.98%。相关分析表明,细菌与脲酶活性呈负的相关性,真菌、电导率与脲酶活性呈正的相关性。研究结果表明,焚烧秸秆对土壤肥力的改善并未起到促进作用,同时焚烧秸秆使细菌、放线菌数量降低,真菌数量增加,增加土传病害的发病率,不利于作物生长,还降低作物产量。
[Abstract]:Taking black calcium soil and brown soil covered with straw incineration as objects, the effects of straw incineration on soil physical and chemical properties, microbial quantity and urease activity were studied, and the correlation between urease activity and soil physical and chemical properties and microorganisms was discussed.
