油茶树根际土壤解有机磷细菌的分离、鉴定及解磷能力分析(英文)

为了获得高效解有机磷细菌,从油茶植株根际土壤中分离到21株解有机磷细菌,采用透明圈法进行复筛,仅有4株细菌能在有机磷培养基上形成明显的透明圈。4株细菌的D/d值在1.62~2.71之间,其中菌株Y6的D/d值最大,为2.71。发酵上清液有效磷含量为8.50~14.79 mg/L,较CK增加7.88~14.17 mg/L,其中菌株Y6发酵上清液有效磷含量最多,为14.79 mg/L,较CK增加14.17 mg/L。根据菌株Y6的菌落形态特征和生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析结果,初步确定菌株Y6为假单胞菌属。该菌株有利于改善油茶磷素供应,促进油茶生长,在生物有机肥研制中具有较大潜力。
