昆虫病原真菌球孢白僵菌ARSEF2860及其分离的蛋白激发子PeBA1抗烟粉虱的活性分析

  1.烟粉虱是田间作物和温室中最具破坏性的害虫之一。本研究旨在4个不同温度条件下(20、24、28和32°C),通过表面喷洒的方式评估2种白僵菌菌株(BB-72和BB-252)和1种蜡蚧轮枝菌(V-2)对烟粉虱的体外杀虫活性。使用三种不同的处理进行生物测定,分别包括真菌菌株BB-72,BB-252和V-2的分生孢子浓度和滤液,以及它们的二元组合。处理一:将取每种真菌菌株的1.5 mL培养滤液进行生物测定;处理二:使用每种菌株的不同浓度的分生孢子悬浮液(1×106 mL-1、1×107mL-1和1×108 mL-1)进行生测,处理三:1 mL分生孢子和1 mL滤液的二元组合,例如BB-72×BB-72(1:1),BB-252×BB-252(1:1)和V2×V2(1:1)。结果显示在处理后的第12天统计烟粉虱的累计死亡率。在24°C条件下使用最高浓度(1×108mL-1)分生孢子处理,烟粉虱死亡率最高,BB-72处理死...
