施肥对土壤动物群落的影响:野外实验和Meta分析

  土壤动物在土壤的形成、维持生态系统功能等方面起着重要的作用,受到施肥等人类活动的影响。然而,人们关于施肥对土壤动物群落的具体影响仍然缺乏深刻的认识。关于栖息地的变化和食物资源的改变对调控土壤动物对施肥响应的相对贡献的争论仍在继续。因此,本人通过野外实验探讨了N肥添加对土壤动物群落的影响及其主导调控因素,并且通过meta分析来探索土壤动物群落在全球尺度上对施肥的响应及其调控因素。在第一项研究中(野外实验,第二章),本人在中国东部杨树人工林(Populus deltoids)中,通过模拟N沉降(0,50,100,150以及300 kg N ha-1 year-1)实验,探讨了总的土壤动物以及植食性土壤动物群落在不同土层(0-10,10-25和25-40 cm)对N添加的响应。我们将不同施N水平所需的NH4NO3溶解于水中,采用背负式喷雾器将其均匀洒入样地来模拟N沉降。我们的结果表明:低浓度的N添加显著增加了总土壤动物和植食性土壤动物密度(Dtotal和Dp),高...
