文章摘要:本文采用1979-2012年间我国31个省区面板数据,划分六大区域考察农业技术效率以及农业信贷对农业技术效率的影响程度。结果表明我国农业平均技术效率仅为0.691,具有很大的提升空间,其中各区域农业技术效率差别显著,东北地区最高(0.940),而中南地区最低(0.662);整体上农业信贷对我国农业技术效率的促进作用不明显,但是从各区域来看,东北、西南、中南和西北地区亦是如此;而华北和华东地区则具有明显的促进作用。
Abstr:Stochastic production function analysis, combined with technology advances included and excluded C-D Production function, was employed to analyze the agricultural technology efficiency and the influence of agricultural credit on agricultural technology efficiency among six regions in China by using the panel data of 31 provinces during 1979-2012. The results showed that Chinese agricultural technology efficiency has vast growth potential with the average agricultural technology efficiency of just 0. 691. To be more specific, the level of agricultural technology efficiency varies greatly among the six regions, with the highest (0. 940) in the Northeast and the lowest (0. 662) in the Middle south. Besides, from the point of the whole country, the contribution of agricultural credit to agricultural technology efficiency in China is not prominent, the same case can also be found in the Northeast, Southwest, middle south and Northwest, while the reverse is found in northern China and eastern China.
