【摘要】:目前由于客、货运运输需求的多样化造成车辆种类繁多,车辆的结构与使用条件的逐渐复杂化,商用车的使用性能要求也逐步提升,对车辆相关性能的检测要求也受到重视。对于车辆平顺性与操稳性的研究,主要分为通过计算机模拟性试验与道路实车试验两种。汽车试验场将车辆使用过程中的实际道路浓缩,设置了各种特殊路面,以测试车辆的操稳性与平顺性。汽车试验场试验具有计算机仿真和室内台架试验无法取代的重要实际意义,车辆测试设备在试验场的应用研究有助于提高车辆性能的测试与结构设计合理性验证的能力。长安大学汽车综合性能试验场,是全国高校唯一的汽车综合试验场,具有各种特殊试验道路、操稳性试验广场和高速环道等能够完成全部汽车道路试验的科研及检测。目前传统的汽车试验仪器由于测试精度低,且容易受到外界干扰,对于测试结果的现场处理能力差导致测试结果不太理想。VBOX车辆测试系统,基于高性能的GPS信号接收与强大的数字运算协处理器,可与多种传感器配合扩展测试功能,通过配套软件实现试验数据实时查看与分析。论文选取长安大学汽车综合性能试验场探讨VBOX与陀螺仪、方向盘测力计等仪器配合下的操稳性试验测试原理、设备安装分析、设备精度与数据后期处理及测试精度提升途径。通过选取试验场的特殊试验路段探讨VBOX、LMS振动噪声测试系统与陀螺仪配合下车辆特殊路面行驶过程平顺性与驾驶室姿态角测试方法。经由试验过程分析探讨VBOX在汽车试验场环境条件下的测试及应用的优势及不足分析,对高校开展相关测试研究具有一定参考意义。
[Abstract]:At present, due to the diversification of passenger and freight transport demand, there are many types of vehicles, the structure and use conditions of vehicles become more and more complicated, and the performance requirements of commercial vehicles are gradually improved. The requirements of vehicle performance detection are also paid attention to. The research on vehicle ride comfort and operating stability. It is mainly divided into two kinds: computer simulation test and road real vehicle test. The vehicle test ground condenses the actual road in the course of vehicle use and sets up various special roads. In order to test the running stability and ride comfort of the vehicle, the vehicle test field has the important practical significance that the computer simulation and the indoor bench test can not be replaced. The research on the application of vehicle test equipment in the test site is helpful to improve the capability of vehicle performance testing and structural design rationality verification. It is the only comprehensive test ground for automobile in colleges and universities all over the country, and has a variety of special test roads. Operation stability test square and high-speed loop can complete the scientific research and detection of all the vehicle road tests. At present, the traditional vehicle test instruments are easy to be interfered with by the outside world because of their low precision. For the test results of poor field processing ability, the test results are not ideal. VBOX vehicle testing system, based on high performance GPS signal reception and powerful digital coprocessor. The test data can be viewed and analyzed in real time by supporting software. VBOX and gyroscope are discussed in the vehicle comprehensive performance test field of Changan University. Steering wheel dynamometer and other instruments with the operation stability test principle, equipment installation analysis. The methods of equipment precision and data post-processing and test accuracy improvement are discussed. The VBOX is discussed by selecting the special test section of the test ground. The test method of ride comfort and cab attitude angle of vehicle special pavement under the cooperation of LMS vibration and noise measurement system and gyroscope. The measurement of VBOX in the environment of automobile test ground is discussed through the analysis of the test process. The advantages and disadvantages of trial and application are analyzed. It has certain reference significance to carry out relevant test research in colleges and universities.
