【摘要】：随着我国经济的飞速发展,汽车产业已发展成为我国的支柱型产业之一,并且在未来的数年内,我国的汽车市场仍有较大的空间和刚性需求。生产一辆汽车所需的零部件有80%-90%来源于采购,且零部件成本已占到汽车总成本的75%左右,所以说汽车行业的基础是汽车零部件。且随着供应链管理理论的不断发展,以及汽车零部件供应商在供应链上日益突出的地位,使得如何评价、选择以及管理汽车零部件供应商成为供应链管理的重要内容之一。因此,要想企业间建立长期合作伙伴关系,科学合理的评价与选择零部件供应商显得至关重要。本文对与供应商评价指标体系以及评价方法有关的国内外文献进行了整理分析。构建了适用于汽车供应链环境下零部件供应商的选择的评价指标体系以及评价模型,并应用于实际的企业案例。首先从供应链的角度出发,阐述了在供应链环境下进行供应商选择的重要性。然后分析了当前已有的评价指标体系和指标选取方法。并以此为基础并依照指标的构建原则,分别从产品价格、质量管理、技术水平、服务水平、环境管理以及企业状况等六个方面建立了供应商评价指标体系。然后根据供应商评价与选择的方法的相关理论,并结合本文构建的评价指标体系,提出建立改进型层次分析法与双层规划相结合的综合评价模型。最后借助于上文基于汽车零部件供应商选择而构建的评价指标体系以及改进型层次分析法与双层规划相结合的综合评价模型,并将其应用于B公司零部件供应商的评价与选择的案例中,最终得出结论,验证了评价方法的可行性。为今后的研究着提供了参考并明确了研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of our country, and in the next few years, China's auto market is still a large space and rigid demand. The parts needed for the production of a car with 80%-90% from procurement, and spare parts costs have been accounted for about 75% of the total cost of the car, so that the foundation of the automotive industry is auto parts. With the continuous development of supply chain management theory, and the status of auto parts suppliers have become increasingly prominent in the supply chain, how to make evaluation, selection and management of auto parts suppliers has become one of the important content of the supply chain management. Therefore, to to establish a long-term cooperative partnership between enterprises, scientific and reasonable evaluation of the supplier selection of parts is very important. This paper related to supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method The analysis of the domestic and foreign literature. The evaluation index system and evaluation model is constructed for auto parts supplier selection under supply chain environment, and applied to the actual enterprise case. Firstly, from the perspective of supply chain, expounds the importance of supplier selection in supply chain environment. Then analyzes the current selection the evaluation index system and method. And on this basis and in accordance with the principles of the index, separately from the product price, quality management, technical level, service level, six aspects of environmental management and enterprise status established supplier evaluation index system. Then according to the relevant theory and method of supplier evaluation and selection, and combined with the the evaluation index system, this type of AHP comprehensive evaluation method and the bilevel programming model combining improved finally with the help of the establishment. Based on the auto parts supplier selection and evaluation index system and improved AHP comprehensive evaluation method and combining the bilevel programming model, and the evaluation and selection of its application in the B company supplier in the case of the final conclusion, verify the feasibility of the evaluation method. It provides a reference for future research and the research direction.
