【摘要】:在车辆使用过程中,发生刮碰事故总是无法避免,对于如何修复并做出令顾客满意的涂膜,是每个汽车修补漆涂装调色工程师和维修技术人员都应考虑的问题,更是从事汽车涂装相关院校教师和科研人员的责任。然而,车身色差的控制是一个极为复杂的过程,影响最终涂膜色差的因素多种多样,与涂装材料、喷涂工艺、喷涂设备、施工环境等因素密切相关,在维修过程中有某一个过程没有控制好,极有可能产生色差现象,特别是浅颜色的金属面漆在维修时更容易产生。因此,有必要研究车身涂膜色差的控制方法和解决涂膜色差的技术,来提高维修企业的技术水平,满足客户对于车身涂膜质量的维修要求。本文以辽宁省交通高等专科学校“汽车浅色金属漆喷涂缺陷的研究”项目为依托,以车身浅色金属漆修补涂装色差问题为研究目标,利用专家打分法归纳出研究的具体方向,经过企业信息反馈到试验分析总结再到企业施工验证的流程,多次循环工作,最终找到解决车身浅色金属漆修补涂装色差的通用方法。本文的主要内容包括:1.汽车涂膜的类型和色差控制方法,介绍浅色金属漆修补涂装色差缺陷的相关理论知识。2.浅色金色漆修补涂装色差缺陷的专家评分与试验,通过企业调研,针对调研结果确定研究的重点和难点,并在实验室中进行缺陷还原试验。3.车身修补涂装色差分析,分析试验结果,总结影响涂膜色差的因素,并制定标准的涂膜维修工艺。4.过渡喷涂技术的设计与实际应用,设计过渡喷涂方案解决极难解决的浅色金色漆维修色差问题,通过企业的反馈结果调整工艺,确定最佳方案。
[Abstract]:In the process of vehicle use, scratching accidents are always unavoidable. How to repair and make coating to the satisfaction of customers is a problem that should be considered by every painting engineer and maintenance technician. It is the responsibility of teachers and researchers in automobile painting related colleges and universities. However, the control of body color difference is a very complex process, the factors that affect the final coating color difference are various, and coating materials. Spraying process, spraying equipment, construction environment and other factors are closely related, in the maintenance process there is a process that is not well controlled, it is very likely to produce color aberration phenomenon. Especially the light color metal topcoat is more easy to produce in maintenance. Therefore, it is necessary to study the control method of color difference and the technology to solve the color difference in order to improve the technical level of maintenance enterprises. To meet the customer's maintenance requirements for the quality of body coating. This paper is based on the project of "Research on defects of Automotive Light Metal paint spraying" in Liaoning Communication College. Taking the problem of tinting color difference of light metal paint as the research goal, the specific direction of the research is summed up by using the expert scoring method, and the process of enterprise construction verification is summarized through the feedback of enterprise information to the test and analysis. After many cycles, we finally find a general method to solve the color difference of light metal paint. The main contents of this paper include: 1. The type of automobile coating film and the control method of color difference. This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of tinting color difference defect of light metal paint repair. 2. The expert score and test of light color gold paint repair color difference defect, through enterprise investigation. According to the investigation results, the key and difficult points of the study were determined, and the defect reduction test was carried out in the laboratory .3.The color difference analysis of the body repair coating was carried out, the test results were analyzed, and the factors affecting the color difference of the coating film were summarized. Design and practical application of transition spraying technology, design transition spray scheme to solve the extremely difficult to solve the problem of color aberration of light color gold paint maintenance. 4. Through the feedback results of the enterprise to adjust the process, determine the best program.
