基于可变直流母线电压车载充电机的研究与实现

【摘要】:有源功率因数校正(APFC)电路被广泛应用于电网接入设备,全桥LLC谐振变换器以其高效率、全范围软开关、器件电压电流应力小、可升降压和实现宽范围电压输出而应用于大功率场合。对车载充电机使用场合及工作状态进行分析,提出一种基于APFC输出电压可变、后级LLC谐振变换器工作在最大效率点跟踪的方法,制作了两台3.5 kW的样机,实验验证了可变母线电压在蓄电池横流区具有较大的系统效率。
[Abstract]:Active power factor correction (APFC) circuit is widely used in network access equipment, the full bridge LLC resonant converter with its high efficiency, a full range of soft switching, voltage and current stress, lifting pressure and realize output voltage and wide range used in high power occasions. On occasions and motor vehicle filling work state the analysis, proposed a variable output voltage of APFC based on level LLC resonant converter working in the maximum efficiency point tracking method, the prototype has produced two sets of 3.5 kW, experimental verification of the system with greater efficiency of variable voltage on the battery flow area.
